We booked a flat in Lotus Boulevard Tower 21, the actual possession date was December 12. Even after talking full amount in October 13 there is no sign of possession. Even phase 2 is not delievered. whenever enquired they increase the possession date by 2, 3 months. We are paying bank loan as well as rent which is coming about 60,000 Rs. Kindly help.
