Complaint against relience for furnishing wrong information in their official official website, for which Relience GSM consumers are suffering

As per the information displayed in relience website, I have recharge STV 36, to get Relience local onnet call 10 p/min , for Kolkata gsm. But after recharge (on 7th march, around 2.30 am)I got Bangladesh call 2.99/min. Plz check the details and try to refund me the same amount at the earliest. My rel no is 9883264629 ( Mr Bhoumik)
