I bought the Whirlpool white magic SDi 620 Washing machine from Homeshop 18 in April 2014, it was delivered in time but when I called on april 30, 2014 the customer care of whirlpool they said that technician will attend to my request with in 24 hours and was given a request # 15491. After waiting for 24 hours I called up on May 2, 2014 at 11:00 A.M. they told me that person will attend today before 4 P.M. as May 1, 2014 was holiday.
After waiting till 4:30 P.M. I called again on May 2, 2014 to the customer care they told that there was a mistake and no technician was assigned to my request. She told that she will assign the person now and make sure someone attend to this request before 7 P.M.
This is so ridiculous and a big lie. These rogues and cheats donot have their own technicians and they hire external vendors on contract to do the demo / installations. If they don not pay person well, they will not attend to their requests.
Today May 3, 2014 again after waiting long enough I called the customer care at 8:30 A.M. to check the status and lodge a complaint on their lag but they said again that before 12:00 P.M. someone will attend to request. But, as I was very sure no one called me and no one came till 12:00 so I called the customer care again asking for the status but their response is same as earlier person will attend to my request by today evening.
This is a message to the company’s VP and Directors “Wake up sleepy heads, you get fat pay cheques for selling machines to customers, who will provide the after sale services?” You people are worth paying pennies and getting multi millions on cheating innocent customers.
