Rediff shopping: Not sending replacement product and courier charges.

I ordered a table which i received on 18/March/2014 which i found was defective, regarding this i filed a complaint. They asked me to send back the defective product in return for the new replaced product and they also promised me to refund back the courier charges i shall be incurring on returning the product. I sent back the product through DTDC courier with tracking number Z16522862
I have written several emails to the rediffshopping.com and they have always excused that you may receive your product within 10 days or so. And all the time they have deceived me with their false promises. Now more than a month has passed and i am still waiting for my replaced product which costs Rs.614 and my courier charges of Rs.400. Please i want my money or the replaced product back.
