hello everyone.
i want all of ur precious time for a while cause i have something to share.few months back that was in 2013 i came across this company named Trident promotion located in chennai,nungambakkam.now this company was hiring young graduates for the post of managerial post in there company.as i was unemployed at that time i thought of appearing for the interview and luckily out of nowhere i got selected and they explained to me that it was a marketing and sales company ,basically a subsidiary of esteemed appco marketing india pvt ltd.sooner i came to realise that people in the company lacked work ethics and on top of it they lack conviction.there were lot of loop holes in how they managed there work.i was surprised by there way of working and my boss was a big player.all he used to do evrydy was to motivate evryone with powerful persuasion of his.ultimatley i began to realise that hu was explioting young dynamic graduates to increase his sales figure.later many people quitted together as we didn get our pay.so frens b careful if you come across this company in future.!!!
