IGL grievance

Dear Mr Ashim Batra,

I applied for one PNG connection with BP no. 4000250477 dt. 22/11/2013, For pipe installation workers came in February 2014 but damaged outer side of the kitchen wall,and without completing & informing they left for the day.since then I have made several complaints but have got no response either from the IGL or from the contractor. Sir there is hole in my kitchen wall insects and dust is coming from there,my kitchen wall is damaged and am still waiting for my PNG connection.
I request you to kindly look into the matter and resolve my grievance .
