Vodafone fraud in billing

I am a Vodafone PostPaid user and they have charged me Rs 50 extra for using Vodafone Live which I had never used.After calling Customer Care they say that this service is automatically activated and cannot be stopped.Why am I suppose to pay for a service which does not have deactivation feature at their end?
