Dear Sir,
I have an account with pnb A/c no. 2140000100040558 and ATM Card No. 5126520114790293 and IFSC CODE PNB0214000.
I have used sbi bank ATM on 25/04/2014 for debit Rs.20000/ from YAMUNANAGAR RAILWAY ROAD SBI ATM at at 07:30pm YAMUNANAGAR on 25/04/2014 april 2014 but did not found the money from the SBI Bank ATM. I have to try 2 times, but every time transaction time out error was showing.
Then I checked my balance it was Rs80000/. When 2 hour later I checked my balance it was only Rs 59996/. It’s often been surprised to see.
Then I immediately rushed and lodged a complaint to PNB customer care. He also had a successful transaction.
Then I lodged online complaints against PNB, but till today no reply is being received from any of the PNB offices. That was my hard earned money which is being duped by the PNB.
So, I request you to kindly look into my matter and give me the right track that how I recover my hard earned money from PNB.
