Dear Sir/Madam,
I have been using my Reliance CDMA number 9377111220 since 2009 as a postpaid customer. I wanted to convert it into a prepaid connection and henceforth I went to Reliance Web World at Anjan-Salakha(Surat, Gujarat) on 18 March 2014 and paid an advance payment for next 7 days! Today is 26th April 2014 and stil it’s not converted to prepaid.
My request number is 3781560892.
And yeah I have already submitted the asked documents on first day of request itself and have revisited the Store twice but no proper response!
Please help me resolve the issue. Thanking you in advance.
