My name is Pankaj Jaiswal i live in Lucknow i am using TIKONA WIRELESS BROADBAND service for atleast 2 years.

from previous 4 months i am facing problems in accesing internet and when i call to tikona customer care they say they’ll send an engineer
note: they have only one engineer asigned to my area and he is really stupid and cant fix anything
they sent the engineer he came aligned my rooftop device a bit and said i’ll be able to use internet properly now and leaved. after few hours later i started facing same issue again, i called again to tikona customer care they sent again the same engineer and same thing happen again this was repeated atleast 10 or 12 times. last time he came he said “i am not able to solve the problem a senior engineer will come and will look into the problem”. I waited 2 or 3 days when i got frustrated i mailed to their customer care about my problem after 2 days i got a call from thier office saying that my area is not servicable, i can opt out from their service or keep using it. i coundnt help it because i paid for the service already so i was forced to use their service for next 2 months
after that the problem is getting really annoying i am able to access internet at night but in day its HELL.
In between there was a time when i was not able to connect to internet at all i called them they said there is problem in their access point that should be fixed in 48 hours i waited problem was not solved so i called them again, they said wait for 48 hours AGAIN and problem was still there for more than a week. i really felt like i am being cheated.
As for today 23-4-14 i was having problem again from last 4 days, i called them again to see if there is a problem from their side , they said my rooftop device is not getting proper signal so a engineer will come and will align it (same story again).
Then i got a call from their side that my area is not servicable i got really frustrated and angry and called tikona care i asked them a question if my area was not servicable why the hell they gave me the connection and kept it going on for 2 years.
the operative said ” there is a water tank in coming between their AP and my device” i told them that tank is their from a long time more than 10 years. then i asked that i want to talk to their senior he checked and said senior is not available and disconnect my call.
As i am getting it, according to their theory either my house moved from my place or their AP moved from theirs, therotically. that is why my area is suddenly not servicable.
if you live in lucknow please dont choose tikona as a internet provider company its total fraud, atleast for lucknow.
Their lucknow office has no management they have only one engineer as far as i know and he is really really stupid because of my frequent calls they have declared my area out of service. i will disconnect from their service on coming 15may but is it really ok for a company to brak their promises because of stupid workers ???
