My On Off key was not working and I approached Nokia care.After 7 days I got my mobile repaiced and I realized another major hardware problem which was not there when I left my mobile for repairing. They told me it would cost another 5000 for it. I complained that the prom lem was not before the repairing but I was not taken seriously by the staff
