I am repeating what i have written to Infibeam
“Dear Sir,
I have registered on your site as a new customer and my id is [email protected] on March 26, 2014 at 12.01 PM.
I have also placed an order for Spice Smart Flo Mettle 5x MI-504 with an order number as 12847314 on March 26, 2014 at 12.09 PM to be delivered on April 1 2014.
This was a birthday gift to my daughter and was also a first day gift for re-opening of the schools.
However, I am shocked and surprised to know that as on date also the gift item is yet to be delivered. I have talked to your customer care at least on half a dozen times but there is no proper response and always I feel they are avoiding giving concrete and straight forward answers.
I have been told on couple of occasion that I would be updated on all status. My complaint number is 116445. However, I have not received any status information from your company.
Now I am sick and tired awaiting for the mobile and it has created a bad image towards my daughter.
I feel I am being cheated as today also I am not aware when I would get the product despite making an advance payment.
This mail may please be treated as my complaint and I wish to convey that if I am not getting the mobile within 24 hours, I would be constrained to seek legal opinion as well as claim damages from your unprofessional, unethical, immoral company.
