I have purchased my Canvas Turbo A250 on 2-Jan-14 and within3 months it has stopped working. it is getting restarted every now and then. Itis giving error then process android.com has stopped. have also visited servicecenter and they say there is issue in PCB and need to replace which can has 35days of SLA. How do u justify this 35 days of SLA? If it is 35 days SLA thenwhat is the alternative solution for customer?I had called to Customer Care number 18605008286 but it said that I need to write to this. It would be greatif you can provide me with a person having authority to take any decision.It’s highly disappointing and pathetic.
