I never expected this kind of behavior from Idea Cellular Ltd (ICL). They don’t know how to treat with the customer they use abusive and threatening language. They will call you from different numbers ( few of them are 87449895600, 9718665143 and many more they all claim that they are from idea) i bought an idea postpaid connection (7840023611) and deposited 300 Rs as a security ( IDEA SALES MEN have promised me a very good plan that suites my needs to and also said that my security amount rs 300 will be adjusted in my bill) but at the time of activation when i spoke to idea customer care they said totally different plan i was really socked and request them to do something on it the time passes noting happened they charged me with 1st bill i paid it as time passes they raised a 2nd bill of amount 200rs plus( i don’t remember the exact figure but i am very much sure it was below 300rs) after some time they disconnected my service I enquiry in customer care and told them my issues again noting happened after some time they called me and said pay your dues i told them about my previous complains they provide me no solution of it and I requested them to disconnect my number to and adjust my security amount in my bill. As the time passes from the second month when they disconnected my number since then i never used that number for making or receiving calls (after some time they called me again and said sir we are activating your connection i told them not to do so. When all this thing happens now they are calling me multiple times with different number & forcing me to pay the bill amount approx 900rs plus talking to me in a really bad and threatening language (giving me a threat of legal action). I feel very scared because of which i am not able to work and facing both physical & Mental harassment. Plz Help me how to face this problem.
