Very Disapointed with the Flipkart services

I ordered two orpet irons form flipkart on 1st of April 2014, On 3rd of April but the items not delevered that day the next day I got that items but there is only one Iron and I ordered two units. When I open this package I got shocked that the packing is mixed with snapdeal, I saw there is one strip with flipkart logo and inside there is snap deal packing, and the bill document is also duplicate and there is amount printed for two units, and the Iron that one I got is also broken. At the moment I make a call to flipkart customer care and I told them about this but there is no one ready to accept their mistake. And told me that this is not their mistake When I ask to return my money they told me It takes more than 15 business days. I told to me I can’t take any type of reponsibilties about this. I think Flipkart makes froud with many customers like me.
