complaint against bag it today not delivering product (shoes)

this is all regarding 499 rs. lancer shoes.

at first they send me a wrong product, which is re-sanded by me.
they got it at 15th march 2014 & committing me to provide correct shoes with in 7 days, but till today at 1st April 2014 i have not receive the same product. they are giving use less excuses since last 16 days. even they have not dispatched my product till the current time. i have submitted the amount with shipping charge of rs. 49 before 20 days.
please solve this problem, i don’t want to make fool for more time, i request you to take any strict action regarding this matter.
