Dear Tata Docomo Customer care team,
I am a past customer of TTML Broadband connection in Pune with Account No. 200409602. I have closed my account by sending a formal request to [email protected] in November 2012. If you require, I can also send the copies of the email communication happened with the customer care team.
Please refer to the below email. I am not sure why I keep getting such payment reminder emails which try to threaten of some legal actions if I don’t pay the money which is mentioned. I have been receiving these emails since April, 2013 every 2-3 months.
I strongly believe that “[email protected]” is a fraud email id being used to raise illegal money from old Tata Docomo users.
I have also found the same complaint raised by other old customers of Tata.
I have emailed to the customer care team in last year also for which I did not get any response.
Please look into this issue as this not only is harassing me but also throwing bad image of Tata group among the people.
Please let me know if any further information is required from my end.
