AMC KENT SERVICE

I ‘m having amc for my kent RO purifier with AXISCONSUMER SERVICESPVT.LTD KOLKATA, WB .It is written they will repair electrical parts during amc period, but
1.they instead of repairing mine exchanging someone elses.
2.water is emergency service but they delaying the maintainance.
3not given free servicing mentioned in the contract.
4.they r not gointo rrplace new pump, and not clearly mentioning that it is not covererd underamc
