Respected Sir,
I have using docomo for very long time my call charges were 1 paise per second (60 paise per minute) but now they have changed my tariff plans to 1.5 paise per second (90 paise per minute) without any prior intimation. On asking customer care why they have change my tariff plans they gave a pathetic reason that i have recharged with 222 top up which is special benefit recharge and hence my call tariffs have been changed. But in real I always do 222 recharge which can be confirmed through History of my recharge.
