Unfair bills by IDEA

Dear sir,
I’m 7774006269-goa
I’m always saying keep my usage limit Rs2000 only but you people are not keeping that.

in my last bill gprs charges are showing Rs1790 for 0.8gb(according to your bill).

In my Jan’2014 bill I used only 2.7gb only out of 5gb free due to lack of your service and I called to your customer service and complained even though nothing result from your side.

Always your durty service and nothing solution to customer.

If we are doing any small mistakes like usage of extra gprs by unknowingly according your unfair bills,your are charging in thousands.

For me this is not first time this issue last time also happened samething that time I paid around Rs1600 for gprs1.6gb extra.THIS IS NOT FAIR ALWAYS.

TAKE MONEY FAIR WAY.

I paid Rs1500 regular amount (my monthly charges only). even though my service is not active.

In this month I used my gprs 2gb only out of 5gb, due lack of your service i have not used 3Gb data so as per your rates you need add Rs6000 to my account.

YOU SEE I CAN’T PAY WHAT EVER YOUR Froud BILLS.MAKE CORRECT IT REASONBLE WAY AND ASK ME TO PAY.

FOR 1GB CHARGES WILL BE RS250 IN MARKET BUT YOU ARE CHARGING RS1950.THIS IS TO WORST.

I’M CLEARLY SAYING EVERY TIME KEEP MY CREDICT LIMIT RS 2000 ONLY,WHY YOU have KEPT RS 3500.

Idea network objective is to make fake bills and collecting money from common people.

I’m also simple man always I can’t pay as you like…if you want check in my very first or second bill how much paid for extra usage of 1.6gb after long discussion with your people(after plying your business tricks by Stella chavan who is your customer manger).

I’m clearly saying I wont pay any single rupee extra this time.if you are not active my service leave .
10:15Am, 25th mar’2014: i called to your customecare service and asked to change my Rs1299 plan to Rs199 for next cycle(27thmarch to 26th april2014), by using my other number 09000909031.
Your excutive(Sk. Salman) answer was he can’t change plan and suggested to go local Idea store.
If every time how can i go idea store and what is the use of your customer care service.
Then i send request to [email protected] .
but there is no sighn…this one recent example of wrost service.

    You people have not done anything and my mobile network disconnected completely.
    I was busy with my personal works,so i haven’t look into this issue.
    if you people are hiding your mistakes and punishing the customers.
    i send 4 ot 5 mails apellate team of idea maharastra.their reply reply always is bill is correct.i cna’t pay 1800 rupees for 0.8gb.now i can’t contact idea customer care also because my net network is disconnected.i’m paying my bills every month with perfection even your service too worst but you people are punishing us with lot of charges if we did small mistakes.i can ask you clearly if i’m raisng any service problem you people are not solving how i can pay with poor service.if you want check my GPRS ussage since 6months in day time too slow and night it is ok.Due to slow service and frequent network disconncetion i,m loosing so much data(you can see GPRS ussage you will come to know how frequently net work diturbance is happening).the end of the day your bill will show total ussage and charges….??????if i ask your apellate team their reply will be charges are correct?????????????????what you thing about customer???????..
