I was offered a paid service from timesjobs.com and herein the person mentioned that if I take a service of Rs.1000 I will be offered an interview with companies for 1 year (their first company offer was Bisleri). I paid the money using online debit card payment option to an agent SV7B by name Aman.
After paying the money another customer service agent picks up the phone and asks for 15,000 Rs, to make the contact with the company Bisleri. I have not paid the sum of 15,000 and they say that they cannot refund me Rs.1000. I want to say that it is a fraudulent service by timesjobs.com
I want consumer forum to take action against such fraudulent companies and see that such services are not used to cheat other people.
