Sir,
I am a prepaid customer of AIRTEL, from last six days an amount of rupees 1.50 is being deducting from my main balance at least 6 to 7 times in a day for sending SMS, but I didn’t send any SMS to anyone. From last six days I was ignoring it because of my busy schedule, but today they have crossed all their limits by doing that deduction 30 times. I tried to complaint about that matter in customer care but they couldn’t gave me a proper explanation and instead of that they are blaming on me that I have sent all those SMS. Sir please solve this problem as I am fed-up by doing recharge again and again because of this balance deduction.

Sorry sir but that link is not opening, i’ve tried it many time. And i’ve already given my Airtel mobile no. in the comment except that I don’t have any alternate number because presently I am using only this Airtel number.
And sir the deduction is still going continuesly. -

Sorry for the trouble sir but I only have that no. ( 08009141981 ). At my working place their is no network of Airtel, that’s why you are facing trouble to contact with me.
But you can make contact with me any time after 0300PM, because after that I came out from their.
