Harrasment by Karbonn Mobile Service Centre/ Customer support/ mobile quality & service

I have purchased Karbonn KC 540 from the local dealer in the month of July, 2013. I am in the warranty period.

On 6th February, there were some technical problem in the phone, so I visited the Bhandup- Mumbai service centre to repair the issue. They have given me a manual job sheet. (Which have been taken back by them on returning the phone).

On keeping the phone for one day, they called me and asked me to bring the box of the mobile phone. Fortunately the box was available with me. The 3rd day I visited the service centre, they have seen the box of my mobile and said they are not authorized to give service to my mobile on the pretext that the mobile is of banglore make and I have to take the services from the dealer from whom I have purchased the phone.

I have visited the shop, initially he refused to take the responsibility, but then he is ready to repair the phone & kept it with him and asked me to follow up after 3-4 days.

When I called him to ask about my mobile status, he always use to say that the same is gone for repairing and will take some more time as the service centre has sent the mobile to Delhi for repairing.

While enquiring about which service centre is taking care, he said Thane. On enquiring about the job sheet he said he has not provided with any job sheet.
That way he has taken another 20-25 days. Finally I took the unrepaired phone from him.

Simultaneously, I was also co coordinating with the customer care of Karbonn mobile (Ms. Seema Yadav), they have also asked me for photographs and relevant docs.
I have provided the same to them. However, today they asked me to contact you.

This is becoming harassment now. After almost month have been past and nobody is able to take the responsibility. customer care have clearly written to me that they shall not be responsible to repair my mobile.
i ma talking to Seema customer Care Executive on [email protected] thereafter she gave me another email ID for communication which is ‘[email protected]’ and contact no’s 080-25284748/40894888/25293107. which never picked up by anyone.
one of the customer care executive ( name not known) have misbehaved with me.
please help me in repairing or replacement of my mobile.
