Recently i had a problem with my xolo q700 …The headphone was not connecting properly with the phone.so i decided to go at the service centre describing my problem.they took my phone and told me that they r sending my phone to the main service department …i m not sure that they have send it to delhi or mumbai…..then after few day i received a call frm their side that my phone is physically damaged…i dont know how it is possible….bcoz when i submitted my phone it wasn’t physically damaged at all……now i dont know what to do…they r not giving any reply..expecting a reply as soon as possible from ur side
