I am writing this to raise an issue with my Chevrolet Optra 2007 model – Sedan. My main concern here are my car doors. They have started rusting. The car has been in regular servicing with ‘Shree Gopinathji Agencies’ — Vadodara.
As per industrial norms, the car body should not be rusting in such a short span of usage. I had bought this car knowing the market goodwill that general motors- Chevrolet has in the global market. The car has always been properly maintained all these years and yet the rusting. The car dealer now claims that there is no means to cure this corrosion on the car doors. The only possibility is door replacement, which would cost me 1,00,000 Rs. Its extremely disappointing to get such bad quality product and servicing from a world renounced car maker.
I demand the door to be replaced at company’s cost or a full replacement for my vehicle.
Thanks,
V.S. Naik.
