My name is Mahesh Kumar currently staying in Mumbai, I got a call from one of the Stock company from Ahmedabad (welgrow stocks www.wellgrowstocks.com ) in the month of September 2013 and was told that they have money back policy thereby they are offering different set of margin as per amount invested by client on monthly basis, they gave a guaranty of return stating that even though market is crash we will refund you principal amount along with discussed margin. Initially I have invested with small amount (INR 10000) on 4th october 2013 which I paid via online and received receipt form them via mail ([email protected]) post completion of one month I have requested for margin return , they said you may upgrade your scheme to get more refund , at that time I had 10000+7500=17500 INR in my account and to get to next level I paid differential amount is of 2500 INR and got upgraded as 20000INR w e from 04-11-2013, during next maturity i.e. 05-12.2013 I have requested for my margin , I got a call that now you have 35000 INR in your account , so please upgrade your account to 30000INR from 20000 INR and we will issue margin money 5000INR via cheque, I have agreed and sent a mail on the same. Thereafter I have been chaising for my 5000INR , they kept on delaying , when next maturity comes I.e. 04-01.2014, they have stated that we are in financial crisis , but don’t bother we will release your entire money and also said your scheme margin will be kept on increasing if we are missing to pay to you on you maturity date.
I have been continuously calling on their contact details ( 079-65494969 / 079-65494965 / 09510690837) ) mail ID([email protected] ) they are not lifting my phone even sometimes it goes on waiting, one time they simply sms me that we will call you back but they have not called up as of now and not replied via mail as of now.
I would request you please take an action against this fraud company who cheated the innocent person with sweet wording and shattering the dream of common person who generally save a money from bread and butter for better living.
