I made a flight ticket for 6th february to travel from Jaipur to Kathmandu(Nepal). The ticket was booked from creartrip.com and the airline was AirIndia. The ticket cost me around Rs21000. But due to some reasons, i coundn’t travel and so requested to refund my ticket. At the same day, on 6th february, when i called upon to the airline as well as cleartrip, they told that the processing fess of around Rs6000 would be non-refundable and the rest would be refunded to you in a short while. But then, after some days, when i called to know my refund status, they told me to get the particular endorsement for refund from AirIndia to which i called to AirIndia also. When i talked to AirIndia, they told me to mail my flight details to AirIndia and they will mail me the endorsement to which i could forward it to cleartrip to get refund. But, the mail sent by me to AirIndia responded me that they couldn’t do anything regarding this.
So, i request you to see to the matter that why the endorsement is not coming. Importantly, there is nothing written in the ticket that it is non-refundable while the cleartrip is saying that it is non-refundable and we can’t refund you the amount. Everytime when i make a call to cleartrip, they says something else only all the time.
So, kindly do something.
