Dear sir, Hathway internet service provider given me connection for 6 +1 month but deactivated the same after six months only. Now they denying to provide the committed service for one more months.There is no response from the customer care as well as Mr. Javed of Hathway .I suffer lots due to deactivated service of broadband.

Dear sir i am using Hathway. But the internet connection is not available . i was called to customer care . but my problem was not solved. if it is not solved then i would like to put consumer case. please solve the my problem as early as possible. I was contacted to the customer care executives mr. rahaman, mr. raghu and manasa.

I was cheated by Hathaway Internet. They said 3+1 month. One month subscription cheated. 6+2 months. 2 months cheated.
