Airtel not carry forwarding my net balance

Sir, myself Sudip Saha. My airtel no is 8906907276. Today on 20.02.2014 I’ve recharged my airtel no with rs 73 net pack. As I saw that its offering 2gb net for one month.
After recharge I’ve got only 350mb net balance with the validity of 15 day.
After waiting 3hr I contacted the customer care. They gave me a complicated reason.. i.e. My previous airtel net packs validity must be ended otherwise you’ll not get the benifit. I’ve Reliance and Idea sim which are most fraud companies. But they haven’t been given that tupe of excuse. First time I’m facing this.
If I’m not eligible don’t give such type of offers.

Airtel you have waisted my money.

Change the system.. Otherwise you will loose customers.
Give back my Rupees or benifits…
