I placed a large order (Rs. 24649) placed days before Valentine’s 2014, and it was not delivered. Order #701831412. Repeated calls to FNP numbers continuously resulted in “busy, try later”. Emails to FNP resulted in 1 response – will be delivered between 6 AM and 9 PM. Never delivered, never received a response as to why. FNP are the worst florists I’ve had the misfortune of using. FNP lie about their delivery dates and times, cheat customers by taking their money, and provide no service whatsoever. How can a company, knowing how heavy the load is going to be on Valentine’s, provide such shoddy, useless service? The time is ripe for suing FNP – a class action suit. In the meantime, AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS
