I had ordered a Sony Playstation PS3 video game console from Snapdeal.com online. The order no. is 1650226267. I received the said item on 30th Jan 2014. On 3rd Feb 2014, i tried the product for first time. It connected to the TV fine but it would not load any game disc. I tried it with other game disc even then it would not play any disc at all. Since the very purpose of a video game console which couldn’t play a game disc is useless and the reason is a fault in the equipment itself, i complained to snapdeal.com by calling the customer care on 3rd Feb, 2014 itself.
My complaint was posted on 4th and my complaint no. is 4964171. I wanted a replacement and i was told the concerned department in Snapdeal will contact me within 48 hours regarding the replacement. it has been more than a week now and no one from Snapdeal has contacted me so far.
I want Snapdeal.com to replace the product or refund the entire amount and take back their product.
