I had purchase one Pureit water purifier -Marvella RO on 1st Feb 2014 from Great Eastern dealer, BT Road, Pansila, Sodepur, Kolkata 700114. Price was Rs. 15000/- cash.
At the time of selling the purifier by Pureit sales representative was told me that the product (Marvella RO) has the RO+UV+TDS purification function.
Whereas at the time of installation the product by Pureit expert on 3rd Feb 2014, I found that there is no UV function & TDS modulator is also missing in this purifier.
At the time of installation Pureit expert told me to purchase one additional equipment (Iron Guard) to increase the life of Purifier. Which I had order on that same day & get installed on 5th Feb 2014 with additional cost of Rs. 1400/- cash.
However after 3rd Feb installation we had get the sweet water as RO purifier produce generally. But from 5th Feb onwards the water taste get changed as normal tap water.
After lodge the complaint no-C145573860 on 5th Feb 2014, they send their expert on 7th Feb 2014 to fix it. After fix the problem again we get the sweet water as RO purifier produce generally. But again from 9th Feb onwards the water taste get changed as normal tap water.
After lodge the complaint no- C145583832 on 9th Feb 2014 they send their expert (the same person who was attend earlier) on 10th Feb 2014 to fix it, who start to told that “this is normal & you can’t get the sweet water anymore, earlier which you were getting”.
Now my question is how can a brand like Pureit do this type of cheating with their customer? I want my money Rs. 16400/- back or want the permanent solution like replace the product with a brand new RO+UV+TDS purifier as the sales representative behalf of Pureit was committed us about this function.
