This is regarding PaisaPay ID 35569777591. This is the last time I’m using ebay for selling any product or even purchasing any product for that matter. I sold my ASUS Transformer Book T100TA on www.ebay.in to Buyer ID: rohitdabrai69.
Instead of delivering the product via a courier company, I delivered it myself as I wasn’t aware about Ebay Policies. I asked the customer support representative what needs to be done now as my PaisaPay remittance was put on hold. They said that the money will now be refunded to the buyer. However, the buyer is telling another story stating that ebay customer support is telling me that no money will be refunded.
I have got confirmation from Ebay that the money has been refunded and Buyer says he has not. In order to solve this issue, I met with the buyer and he called Ebay Customer Support infront of me and shockingly they told him that “You have received the product and we will give the money to the Seller and not refund any money” while they are telling me the exactly opposite thing.
So neither do I get the money nor did the buyer. So where did the money go ? Please look into this issue within 24 hours otherwise I will see ebay in Consumer Court.
I have explained everything to Tauhit Momil from Customer Support and I would like to file a complaint against him as well.
