I came here in Shakespeare Sarani with Samsung Bluetooth head phone (BHM1100)which was under warranty at that time for servicing. I bought this Bluetooth from Snapdeal.com on May 28,2013. I submitted it in Samsung service center in 9-9-2013. They told me that they would give me back my product after servicing after five days. I called them many times after 5 days and I was giving my service center bill number, 4159100252 and they were telling me again and again that they would give me a call but no call came to me yet. After November when I called them to take the information about my servicing then they expressed me that they don’t have any record of my Bluetooth. In this period I lost my bill also. I put the G.D. of the loss of my bill in Narkeldanga P.S. In January 2013 when I visited there with my G.D. report and bill number and my Identity documents then they told me that they don’t have my product.
