Product not Delivered

Dear Sir,

I purchased a Sony led TV on 26th Jan 2014 from Reliance Digital in Vashi and also paid fully for that.They committed to delivery the product to my home within two days.But till now i have not got that product.I called many times.But they give me false assurance that they will deliver the product today.Already four days passed.
Please take step.
