my reliance broadband is not working since last 20 days . And even after complaining to customer care executive; they have not taken any action.

i have placed many complain about but there was no action.i am student of engineering and i have a lots of project and assignment to submit but i have no internet connection .i rush to cyber cafe regularly
whenever i late to my pay my bill for a single day ,they charge a penalty of 100/- rupees.sometimes they stupid people suspend my service.
my monthly bill is going on and i have no internet connection .
i want a concession in billing amount as well as a proper solution of my problem as soon as possible.
