This complaint is regarding a company selling lifestyle products (FineEDGE (Indian Dynamite Company Pvt. Ltd. )) through some packages.Your company called me and they talk we are from HDFC bank we want to provide various services free of cost, this call from hdfc bank,you always talk like HDFC Executive, and you told me, you have to pay Rs 6882 it will be adjust in your HDFC A/C reward points, so kindly do this small transunction, I became member of Supreme Plus offer provided by Shiftthoughts Company in the month of Dec 2013 and paid Rs 6882 with my credit card. Shiftthoughts claims to offer lifestyle products as per the customer needs and preferences at unbeatable price.
Supreme plus offer includes the following:
• ONE yatra.com 2 Nights and 3 Days Domestic Holiday Voucher
• TWO yatra.com domestic air travel discount voucher worth Rs 500 each
• One meal voucher of Rs 2000
• One Pair of branded shoe
• Dining plus card which offers discounts & privileges across 2000 plus establishments in India and abroad
• One Indus health plus comprehensive health check up voucher worth Rs 2000
• One choose your gift voucher
• One Couple Movie Ticket
Now, I am saddened and need Rs 6882 which we paid to them immediately. As per their claims, they are a reputed company and they should have reverted on time but now I lost trust in them. They said that the above combo Parcel will get delivered within 21 days, but till date nothing happened. I cannot expect them to honour their other service commitments also.
I want to register one complaint in HDFC bank, because you always use name of HDFC bank, so kindly transfer my money in my A/C. if you will not transfer i will complaint in consumer form as well as FIR in Chennai court.
I would be really grateful of you if you could do the needful.
