It was a very bad experience with Tikona I had today. I moved to a new house in whitefield, Bangalore and since there was no other service provider, I opted Tikona internet.
I have used the Tikona services from June-15 to Nov-15. I had a 2mbps internet (which was, never to say higher than 512kpbs). I have asked for a disconnection of the services on 2nd and 12th of Nov, which was addressed. After I have requested for a disconnection, I happened to get a bill for the next 3 months i.e Nov, Dec and Jan which starts on 15-Nov.
I contacted the customer care and asked him about the bill and they said, the disconnection is under process and I can neglect the bill I got. on 27Nov, I got a full and final amount mail stating there isn’t anything that I need to pay Tikona for the services and the services are terminated.
Suddenly, I get a call from this number 8957629009, from the high court Delhi stating that I have a pending amount to be paid for Tikona. And they have gone legal on this issue. I don’t understand what caused this thing since, I have the final settlement mail from Tikona saying there isn’t any arrears pending from my side.
I spoke to Tikona customer care and have logged a compliant about the call I got. I have mailed the Tikona customer care attaching the final mail they sent to know what went wrong. It’s been 8 days now and I have not got any information from them.
Today I get a call again from someone proclaiming to be from Delhi high court and harassing me for the same issue. I called the customer care again to know why it has not been intimated to their legal team that there are no pending dues from my side for Tikona services. This is real frustrating, that inspite of having paid all my bills I still get a call from the legal dept.
