unsuccessful rechrarge at www.paytm.com on Vdafone mobile number 9999417538

On 4th Jan’14 at around 6.25am I recharged online on my Vodafone mobile number 9999417538 for top up of Rs.251 through www.paytm.com. The money was immediately deducted from my Paytm cash balance and the top up balance never show on my Vodafone number. I have written to paytm and they have referred to Vodafone. I have called the Vodafone care and written many emails to Vodafone about the same. I have also been to a Vodafone store and submitted my bank statement but no one have responded to my complaint. Please investigate the matter and help me to get money back or get the top up balance on my mobile.

    I am recharge my mobile No.9558813556 by paytm but bill payment was not done and amount of Rs.200.00 deducted in my AXIS Bank Credit card in last month so pl.give me refund my above amount.
