balance cut in airtel network

Before 2 days my sim balance has been deducted without prior notice ,although I didn’t activate any service, but when I called to customer care they said you dialled a service number tthrough which your 186rs has been deducted but for thatt serviçe I didn’t receive any after or before service message. Pls. Help me. Also the cust. Care not responding after one time call. They are totally providing worst customer services.
