Hi,

I received my bill for the Dec’2013 period and was shocked to see an extra 875 was charged as an extra GPRS usage charges against my number. I have been associated with airtel for 6 months or so and I am using airtel GPRS plan(1023MB of free 2G data in 125rs). My average GPRS usage for a month is 200-300MB. Suddenly airtle charged me for using 87MB apart from 1GB that is free as per my GPRS plan.
I registered a complaint against this and mailed my grievances to airtel but airtel customer care representatives are replying me same matter again and again and without providing me any proper resolution for the same.
I am continously asking them to escalate the matter to any senior official who can handle the issue in a better way but they still are responding just like they have a pre set messages for every message and they are replying back even without looking into the grievances of the customer.
After so many mails airtel provided me a waiver of just 280rs against the false 875rs but still why would a customer pay an extra 600rs for which the usage has not been made by the customer.

Its a poor customer service on part of airtel and very poor email suport team.
