COMPLAIN AGAINST STELLER FURNITURE

Dear Sir,
I had purchased one Dinning Table Set(4)from Steller Furniture(Indore Showroom)dated 3/08/2012 amounting Rs.7600/-..and from the very 1st day i faced some or the other problem in the product and company use to send the person for repair work or any other welding etc.,so i requested them that as i am not at all satisfied with the product and it is having some or the other problem daily,not at all durable, and lot of repair work done for so many times atleast 8-9 times.. so please kindly upgrade the product so that it can come in use as its been a useless for me,so again they changed the chairs but again they gave us the very poor quality of the same and then they changed the Table too of very poor quality,then again demanded to upgrade…..but they denied not to upgrade the product,and then again problem comes & again after the repair for the last time Manager there Mr.Vyas told me ,”ki sir last time aap mere kehne par isko repair kara le agar iske baad bhi koi problem aaye then jaisa aap kahenge hum vaisa hi karenge”,and u won’t beleieve the same problem arise that too worst,now i called the manager on phone and even went to the showroom but again they send the person for some or the other repair work and ignored my complain and request for the upgradtion.. and again times passes and they only gave just some or the other excuses that” i am talking to my authorities “etc.etc.and again 2 months gone but no positive reply towards my complain,so again i requested them and even reminded vyas to fulfill his words commitment and asked him that i am very much irritated so he can send the person to take the product back and just refund my money….really sir i feel so disgusted when he told me the new story that “i cannot refund your money and u can now upgrade the product as 1 year passed “…i immediately reminded him that i am having the problem for all these months and just becoz of u the time passed then where is my fault but he is not at all ready to listen to me ,also i told him that even one chair is break into 2 pieces and the guest fall down (diwali time)and we face lot of embarrassment,so whatever u are saying now for upgradtion if that’s the case You must have fulfill this when i requested to upgrade it for the very first day after buying the product …and why now he wanted to charge the amount again for the upgradtion and i just want my refund and nothing else..
So Sir Request you to kindly look into my problem on urgent basis through your forum and help me out for my money to be refunded, and also the “Compensation” for all the embarrassment we faced…its not just the matter of few rs.but for the false commitment made by such a branded company’s employee and that too with their old customer…as they are now ignoring our complains and calls so please again request you to help me out from this…
