My reliance mobile number is 8307060324. A whatsapp pack of rupees 16/- is got activated to my mobile number automatically. when I contacted to customer support, they refused to pay back my money. I havent subscribe to that pack myself or opt it anywhere. I dont even want that pack. kindly into the matter personally. I want my money back.
