fraud company idea harrasing customers by giving wrong information again and again. On 14.12.2013 recharged my account with Rs2 twice by mistake. So immediately contacted the customer care, bcoz rs4 was deducted. They said to me they next pack will add on after first 20mb used. But after first 20mb used my main balance was deducted. I again contacted them they told me. By mistake they gave me wrong information twice activating any pack will deactivate the first . I said so you gave me wrong information so you must return my 12rs main balance. They replied sorry.
