Myself Shiju (aircel user). I raising complaint on aircel and its customer service. They nt ready to give importants to its customers. Even they not understanding what customer wants to explain, may be because they want to maintain their AHT. I love to use gprs and i love the plan of aircel. So i use to maintain my gprs balance. Before deduction my gprs balance was 32mb and talktime balance was 55 rs. I brought 17 rs unlimited card. I nt rechared with ussd or through easy recharge direct through card, an unlimited plan card on 15 november 12.20 am. And i got confirmation that recharge sucessfuly. Then i kept 1 file for download. But when i checked my balance at morning its comes down to 1paisa. And still i my gprs is working there is no any balance in my a/c and even no any gprs balance. Agents fails to give ryt solution and 1 agent disconected my call too. Last week i updated this complaint but till today i didnt get any solution. Please give important to this complaint and take right action.
