Hi, I orderd Dell monitor IN2030M model for Rs 5777/- on 27-10-2013 in chipkart.com website (ORDER ID – 8515). I made payment for the same by using my creditcard through payupaisa.com. The chipkart website officials had fraudulently prepared a fake proof of shipment and submitted to payupaisa.com and obtained the money without shipping the product. They were delaying the delivery of product and finally they said that the product was out of stock and could not deliver. But they submitted fake proof of shipment in payupaisa.com and got money already. On further status enquery they agreed to refund my money and till now Mr Saikat, the owner of chipkart.com is delivering fake promises of refund and untimately failed to refund my money. The payupaisa.com website also promised to refund the money but till now they filed to do so. As per their policy, they have to refund the money in 15 days. They had made false promise in their website that the money will be refunded if the product was not delivered within 15 days. Both these websites had cheated me and I humbly request you to take examplary action against these companies and make arrangement for my refund of Rs 5777/-.
