airtel digital hd plus connection no installation

to all this is regarding a airtel digital hd plus connection and their customer card and their false promises

i requested for airtel digital hd plus connection through online with the help of sales executive on online 12/12/2013 after the payment i have informed him my customer id , he informed me that the installtion will be done next day it self. it is important to mention one thing while entering my contact details online i have entered my area pincode 507303 but it was not accepted . i asked for the solution the sales executive advised me to enter 507 304 and there will not be any problem . i followed his advice.
but nobody turnedout . i called the customer care on the same day they have informed they given me the agency phone number for the pincode i have enterd . i called him asked him about the status he told me he cannot provide me the service as he have to travel 80 km . i have informed the same to the customer care executive the same day , but they said they will resolve the issue and the installation will be done next day (i.e on saturday) but no body came up i called the cc they now told me there is no stock is avialable at the moment but they can insatll on sunday (15/12/2013) before 6 oclock i have spoken with one of their managers , he promised me about this . same sotry no body came up next day . but one guy has called me stating that stock is avialble he gone send me the executive next day as he is calling from other area (kothagudem) . he is going to send the settop box to my area dealer through courier and it will be recieved by next day and they will install next day ( tuesday 17/12/2013) same story no boday came up . i called that guy he told me they recieved the settop box but technician is unavailable. the insatllation will be done next day (wednesday 18/12/2013) but nobody tured up. i called today (19/12/2013) he is not picking up the phone . i called the customer care and given his number . now they are telling me he is given fake promise the stock is not avialable the insatllation will be done by today eviening. i dont believe those words

while i was speaking with their customer care number they were supporting their fake promises. and no body even called me and apolozized for the whole issue.

these is the case of fake promises. carelessness and pathetic customer care
