RECKLESS SERVICE BY RELIANCE COMMUNICATIONS

Sir,

As i have lodged same complaint about reliance communication on 7th december, 2013. again the same problem occured to me last night and when i have complained about this to the customer care they have replied recklessly and even rejected to take the complaint on my problem, and answering that that would have happened due to technical problems at their end. As this is the 2nd compalint within a week time and it was showing the negligent activity of this company so my appeal to all reliance customers please check your amount whether they are charging correct tariff or not. otherwise these people loot the public money by saying technical problem.
If this problem does not solved within 48 hours i will lodge a complaint in police station for justice as i have all the proofs on this issue.
