Complain against unfair practices followed by reliance mobile

I activated a 3g net pack of ₹156 on my reliance number . When i inserted my sim into my dongle all my data was deducted by reliance. I did not even connected my dongle,even then all of my data was deducted. When i complained to reliance customer care they simply said that they deducted my data because i inserted the sim into a dongle. I still don’t understand the reason behind the deduction. They are refusing to return my data. Also they deduct balance without any reason.
