Airtel Boadband Refund issue

Hello ,

This is krishna from hyderabad, applied for the airtel broadband connection on aug 31,2013 but due to the feasibilty problem the connection is not layed.Before that during the applicatin form filling i paid an amount for 3 months of Rs1650/-.They mentioned that the application will be closed and amount be refunded in 30 working days but it passed of 3 months and i has raised more than 4 complaints but still to now no clearance to my issue .please you people can help me out in this issue .
i contacted customer care, nodal region office and appellate officer but still no use.
